If you contact our support team after business hours via our chat option:
You can leave us your Name, Full Email Address, and a Message. We will respond to your message on the next business day.
Note: To provide you with the service that you deserve; please include as many details as possible in your message.
You may also search our Support Center for answers to your questions.
1. Type in a search phrase or a keyword in the search box and click on the magnifying glass icon. You can also click on the "Enter" button on your keyboard to search.
Here is an example of a search phrase: "How can I create a class?"
Or
Searching by keywords, for ex: "Class"
2. Once the search results are displayed, click on the question to view the answer in full.
