This is a Zoom class. Class times are posted in CST. This course will explain owner identity fraud to the real estate license holder. The participant will learn how owner identity theft is used to acquire property fraudulently and the various ways such property can be used after it is acquired. The course will also explain how to identify the red flags present in many seller fraud cases and what preventative measures can be taken to avoid becoming involved in a seller fraud situation.
