Class will be held at the HomeSource Mortgage office on Airline. Legal Update II is being offered the following Tuesday at the same location and is open for registration. Breakfast will be included before class and is being sponsored by HomeSource Mortgage.

This is an in-person class. This class will fulfill your Legal Update II requirement. Class will be held at the HomeSource Mortgage office on Airline. Legal Update I is being offered the Tuesday prior at the same location and is open for registration. Breakfast will be included before class and is being sponsored by Blue Star Real Real Estate Inspections.

This is an in-person class. This class will fulfill your Legal Update I requirement. Class will be held at the Stewart Title office on Goodwin. Legal Update II is offered that same afternoon and is open for registration. Lunch will be provided between both classes and is being sponsored by Stewart Title of Victoria. All course materials will be on the screen, so only a notepad and pen are required. Courses may be taken individually.

Legal Update I is being offered that morning and is open for registration. Lunch will be provided between both classes and is being sponsored by Stewart Title of Victoria. All course materials will be on the screen, so only a notepad and pen are required. Classes may be taken individually.

This course will focus on the changes that will take mandatory effect beginning July 2, 2026. Class will be held at th HomeSource Mortgage office on Airline. Breakfast is sponsored by HomeSource Mortgage and will be included prior to class.

Course Info: This course will give the license holder an understanding of the fair housing laws affecting leasing and property management. It will also provide valuable information regarding the implementation of fair housing practices on a state and local level for leasing agents and property managers.

This is an in-person class. Class will be held at Jalisco Grill on Ennis Joslin. Breakfast will be provided and is being sponsored by Jesse Garcia of the Garcia Farmers Agency.

Course info: This class will review various lending programs with the participant. This class cover alternatives to FHA and conventional mortgages.
