Who are your courses designed for?Tribal government leaders, tribal and non-tribal law enforcement, public safety personnel, court and housing staff, and any professional who works in or alongside Indian Country.

Do I need to be a tribal member or a sworn officer to attend?No. Courses are open to anyone whose work touches tribal communities unless a listing says otherwise.

How are courses delivered?Live in-person courses hosted by NPKCG or at your location, and live webinars. Each listing states the format, dates, and location.

Will I receive a certificate?Yes. Participants who complete a course receive a certificate of completion showing the course title, dates, and hours.

What topics do you cover?Tribal leadership and governance, workforce development, tribal housing, social and community services, and public safety, courts, and community protection.

Can you bring a course to my agency or tribe?Yes. We regularly deliver on-site and customized training. Contact us to discuss dates, group size, and content.

Do you offer group or agency pricing?Yes. Where a listing shows an agency rate, select it at checkout for each participant; otherwise contact us before registering.

What if I have to cancel?Standard terms are in The Fine Print below. Where a course listing states its own cancellation and refund terms, those apply.

How do I get help?Email [email protected] or call 954-444-0972. We respond within one business day.

Registration. Your seat is confirmed when payment is received. Seats are limited and filled in the order registrations are received.

Cancellations and transfers. Unless a course listing states otherwise, registrations cancelled seven (7) or more days before the course start date receive a full refund or credit toward a future course. Cancellations received fewer than seven days before the start date, and no-shows, are not refundable, but a substitute participant from the same agency may attend in your place at no charge.

Changes by NPKCG. If we must reschedule or cancel a course, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a transfer to another date. NPKCG is not responsible for travel or lodging costs.

Certificates. Certificates of completion are issued to participants who attend the full course. Partial attendance may be documented at the discretion of the instructor.

Materials. Course materials are the intellectual property of Native Peacekeeper Consulting Group, LLC and are provided for the personal professional use of registered participants. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to deliver training without written permission.

Conduct. We maintain a respectful, professional learning environment. NPKCG reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the course, without refund.

Privacy. Registration information is used only to administer your training and communicate with you about NPKCG programs. We do not sell participant information.

NPKCG was founded by Amy Osceola Latchford, Owner and CEO, and Dr. William R. Latchford, President. Dr. Latchford is the retired Chief of Police and Executive Director of Public Safety for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Co-Director of the Native American Crime and Justice Research and Policy Institute at the Florida State University College of Criminology, and a university instructor in command judgment and leadership. Together with a team of senior public safety, leadership, and program consultants, they bring decades of hands-on experience serving tribal nations.
