Assigning Leads by Type
Differentiating leads by types depends on their qualification and where they are in your sales or marketing process.
There are three types of leads:
1. Hot Leads
2. Warm Leads
3. Cold Leads
By assigning a type to each lead will help to uniquely address each lead depending on their qualification.
How To Assign a Lead Type?
1. Locate the lead from the list, and click on the green button located under the "Action" column.
2. Click on the "Leads Type" link found directly under the "Won" link in the list of items.
3. Choose a lead type
