Working With Leads Email Templates
NB:: Steams Online provides several free email templates that can be easily modified to accommodate your marketing needs. Also, the option is available to create unlimited, customizable templates.
Before sending an email to a lead(s), the first step is to choose the template(s) that you would like to be accessible.
1. From the menu on the left, click on the "Marketing" tab to extend the list.
2. Click on the "Email" link, then choose "Leads Email Templates."
3. Check the box next to the template(s).
4. Click on the "Update Template List" button to save the settings.
Send an Email to a Lead(s)
Please note that the option to send emails will not be available unless the Lead is assigned. Click here to learn how to assign a lead?
- Click on the "Leads" tile on the dashboard, or you can access your leads by clicking on the "Leads" tab on the left menu, then click on the link to "List Leads."
- Click on the green button that is located to far the right, next to the view option.
- Select the "Email" link from the list of options within the menu.
- On the pop-up page, select the email template, then click on the button "Send Email."
