Billing Students\Clients Manually

How to submit billing for students/clients?

Note:: Before submitting the billing, the class must be assigned to the student's profile. 

1. Click on the "Students/Clients" module on your dashboard.

2. Click on the "Edit" button next to the student's name.

3. Click on the "Billing" link in the top menu.

4. Check the box next to the item(s) that you would like to bill.
5. Select the option from the drop-down list "Paid In Full" or "Partial Payment."
6. Click the "Submit" button.

6. Select the "payment option."
7. Click the "Submit" button.

Thre are two options available:

Print a physical copy of the receipt or email a copy of the directly to the student.
Note:: the email option will only be available if there is an email address on file for the student.
